This calculator will estimate how a practice's spend activity can help maximize getting more value for the doctor and their practice through the Marchon and Altair Frame Rebate program that began January 1, 2026, the VSP Vision Exam Rebate, and the new “additive” Marcolin Frame Rebate program that became effective 10/1/2026. If a practice joins PECAA Max 1/1/2026 or later, the maximum amount payable through the Vision Exam Rebate is $30,000. To qualify for the Marcolin Frame Rebate, the practice must at a minimum be at Tier 1 of the Marchon and Altair Frame Rebate program. This estimator is not for practice self-serve; it is a tool to support your preparation and conversations with accounts.
