Start a New Application for a Saved Quote

TIP: To submit an application online, you must be logged in. Visit I'm New Here for directions. For steps to request and save a quote, go to Get a Quote. Alternatively, if you don’t have a saved quote but know exactly what plan your client wants, you can Get a Quote and start your application right after the quote is generated.

  1. Hover over Quotes & Enroll in the navigation bar under the VSP® Vision Care logo.
  2. Click on View Saved Quotes. You’ll see a list of online quotes generated by your agency.

TIP: If you’d like to see only the quotes you’ve generated, check the box Display only my quotes.

  1. Find the quote you’re looking for in the list. If you can’t find it, type the client’s name in the search line. A drop-down menu will appear with saved quotes that fit your search criteria. Click on the Client Name you’re searching for. The drop-down menu will disappear.
  1. Click View. Another screen with plan details and rates will appear.
  1. Find the vision plan selected by your client and click Update Quote Status. A pop-up box will appear.

TIP: If you don’t want to enroll your client in any of the vision plans on the page, click Close All Quotes towards the top right of the page. If there’s a plan that’s not of interest to your client, you can close it. Click Update Quote Status. Select Mark Quote Closed and click Continue. Once you mark a quote closed, it will no longer appear on the proposal.

  1. Select Mark Quote Sold & Enroll Client – Remaining Quotes will be Closed.
  2. Click Continue, and you’ll see a new screen Submit New Client Application.

TIP: Once an application has been submitted, the other quotes on the page will close and will no longer be available for your client.
